Maryia has over 7 years of working experience in Corporate Finance with leading consulting firms in CIS and Eastern-Europe.
Part of the Global Financial Services practice of EY, she supported Financial Audit and Compliance for a diversified range of international organization.
She subsequently jointed the Deals and Advisory practice of KPMG for the CIS region. She specialized in financial modelling, valuation and support to investment projects. Maryia engaged into various M&A transactions including real estate, industrial and luxury business for the CIS.
With JRC Corporate Consulting, Maryia has been engaged in to preparation of various Financial Model and Investor Memorandum supporting capital raise for Technology players, Due Diligence review and coordination for real estate refinancing as well as valuation to support M&A transactions for service and industrial corporates.
Maryia speaks Russian and English. She is currently progressing her CFA degree.
